InstaSet uses a server-side service to generate AI-based workout suggestions. When you request a workout, your workout inputs (such as goals, time, and available equipment) may be sent securely to our backend and forwarded to a third-party AI provider to generate a response.

We do not send any information that directly identifies you personally (such as your name or email address) to the AI provider.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information.

Children’s Privacy

InstaSet is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You can stop all collection of information by the App by uninstalling it from your device. You may also limit certain types of data collection in your device’s system settings (for example, analytics or crash reporting, where supported by the operating system).

International Transfers

Depending on where you are located, your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of information outside of your country, where privacy laws may be different from those in your jurisdiction.
